Creative Moments

Black traditions from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean are honored and creatively channeled in “Creative Movements,” a richly varied group show at the Delta Arts Center.

Represented in the show are 26 artists whose ostensible common denominator is membership in the National Alliance of Artists from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Aside from that, their works reveal a number of common concerns and points of emphasis, most prominently a strong focus on black culture. MORE
